Before you buy your next home, you may ask yourself do I need a home inspection? Ordering a home inspection will be one of your biggest decisions you will ever make and having the inspection will prepare you for any potential problems and will set your mind at ease about your future house.  For home Sellers, I would suggest you get a home inspection before putting your home on the market. You will get a report of the condition of your home before the “For Sale” sign goes up.  That way, you can correct any problems before Buyer’s view your home for sale on the Market.

Buying a house can be stressful and it requires many important decisions.  Also, having a home inspection gives you a detailed report of the condition of the home. Having a detailed report before you move in will prepare you for any potential problems.  Once you receive your home inspection report, it will include the roof, garage doors, safety sensors, insulation and ventilation, fireplace, electrical, heating and cooling systems, decks, main water valves, foundation, basement, crawlspace, steps and  gutter, are just a few items on the list.  A home inspection report will describe the condition of the home and if problems are found, the Inspection Company can recommend further evaluation or remedies for any existing problems.

A home inspection is an examination of the physical structure and systems running in the home that are being inspected from the foundation to the roof.  By having a Professional Home Inspection, you will have a clear understanding of the home you are about to sell or purchase so you can make a confident informed decision during one of the most important financial transactions of your life.
