Memorial Day Holiday

Memorial Day is an observed Federal Holiday on the last Monday of May.

We remember those that have fallen during our Nation’s Wars. Many people visit cemeteries and memorials, particularly to honor those who have died in military service. Many volunteers place an American flag on each grave in national cemeteries for their loved ones.
